All orders are shipped out within the next business day from the purchase date.
USA Shipping:
- FREE Standard Shipping for orders of at least $75 (5-6 days delivery)
- Flat rate shipping at $5.49 for orders under $75 (5-8 days delivery)
- Express Flat rate shipping at $9.99 for any order (3 day delivery)
- USPS Next Day Delivery will be calculated individually (1 business day delivery)
CANADA and INTERNATIONAL Shipping:
- Shipping to Canada and other places outside of the USA will be calculated individually.
Orders will not be shipped on the following holidays:
New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Victory Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day
***RETURNS***
For online purchases, PopOrigins will issue a refund for the original amount paid, less shipping fees, discounts, except in the case of an incorrect shipment.
All earrings are final sale. Necklaces and bracelets are non-returnable if the plastic cover on the pendant has been removed. All other products must be returned in their original condition and accompanied by the original packaging and tag on the item.
Each product must be returned within 7 days of the date of delivery. All refunds will be credited within 14 days of the receipt of return.
Products that have been worn, or show the slightest sign of use, altered or damaged will not be accepted.
PopOrigins reserves the right to refuse the return of products that do not meet the above return requirements at PopOrigins' sole discretion.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
How to Exchange:
- We do not offer any exchange services at this time.
Customers who want to exchange a product for another one on the website, should simply return the previous purchase and order the new product.
At this time, all international orders are final sale.
